Wig Pick-up and Basic Glueless Wig Installation(Online Purchases: R1000-R120 Courier Charge)

This is the option for a pickup of your order when it’s ready. Select this option if you have purchased a wig online and you have been informed that it is ready for collection at our studio or you can book it 1 month in advance, from the date of purchase. 

Please DO NOT book this service if you don’t have an existing order. 

This service includes a basic glueless installation. Basic installation includes a basic trim, if needed, and basic curls, if requested. No updos or glue installations or any other hairstyle other than the ones mentioned above. This means we are demonstrating how you will wear this wig on your own. We believe in easy to wear wigs, which are easy to pop on and remove. 

Cornrows not included, please come with your hair plaited or as flat as possible for best results. Head wash and basic cornrows(8 lines) available at an extra charge of R300. You can pay at the salon. If you require this service, notify us, and arrive an hour early.

Late cancellations or rescheduling(less than 24 hours before your appointment) will require a new booking to be made. Any other cancellation may be rebooked but non-refundable.

If you are late; we will service you for the remaining time you have available and a no-show means you forfeit this fee. Due to our schedule, we cannot assist you if you show up at another time other that the time you have booked.
